  • Coaching provides a non-judgemental, open, collaborative and confidential space, focusing on the client’s thoughts, beliefs, challenges and goals.

    Coaching empowers the client to take ownership of their life, to take positive action in order to create the future they desire and to show up in the way they want.

    Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. In coaching we may glance into the past, whilst remaining focused on the present and the future, aiming to move the client forward to reach their desired outcome.

  • As your coach, my role is to listen, question and gently challenge you towards clarity on what you want and to develop ideas and actions to get you there. We will work collaboratively to explore what’s getting in the way, to help you get unstuck and to create the change you want. I’m curious and patient; I’ll provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to open-up and be yourself so you feel listened to and understood. I’m not pushy or directive and I won’t tell you what to do, but I will act as your thinking and accountability partner, supporting you to create the change you want.

  • Each coaching session is your time to explore what feels important to you, whilst working towards your desired outcome. There is no one size fits all approach; your journey is unique to you, so you set the agenda. We might look at your values and how you can turn these into action and be clear on what you truly want. We might work with visualisations, metaphors or narratives to uncover the stories you’re telling yourself and how these might need to change. I will draw upon psychological frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, Transactional Analysis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to help you to get clearer on what you want, break down any beliefs getting in the way and create new ways of thinking and perspectives to open up opportunity for you to take action and live in a way that feels good.

  • I offer flexible pay-as-you-go coaching with no long term commitment, as well as bespoke packages. One single session could give you the clarity you need, whilst further sessions allow a deeper exploration and understanding, resulting in longer-term results. Most people benefit from having at least 5 or 6 sessions.

  • I work from my home in Brighton, East Sussex and currently all sessions are held over Zoom
